Information processing specialist, data manager in Proliska

The NGO "Proliska" announces a tender for the conclusion of an agreement on the provision of information processing services in the city of Zaporizhzhia. The public organization "Proliska" is a non-commercial, non-political humanitarian organization that has been providing comprehensive assistance and protection to the population affected by military operations in Ukraine since 2014. Currently our organization works in 13 regions of Ukraine and provides: social support of the most vulnerable persons who suffered as a result of military actions; provision of psychological assistance to victims; consulting on social issues; provision of humanitarian aid and materials for emergency repairs of housing damaged as a result of hostilities; provision of assistance to institutions and establishments where IDPs have found shelter; assistance in the evacuation of the population from the combat zone and social transportation of residents of settlements along the line of combat operations and in de-occupied territories where regular transport does not operate. I. Requirements for the contestant: Higher education in the field of technical sciences (higher education in the field of information technologies will be a significant advantage); Advanced skills in working with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Access, Word), skills in working with Google spreadsheets; Ability to analyze and consolidate data, identify trends; Skills of working with the Kobo Toolbox platform, Google forms; Fluency in the Ukrainian language; Knowledge of the English language (will be an advantage); ● Experience of working in humanitarian organizations (will be an advantage).II. Description of expected services: Collection, analysis and systematization of data, identification of trends and problematic issues in the field of protection; Administration and storage of electronic databases, archives; Compilation of consolidated reports; Collection and systematization of documentation in paper and electronic form; Conducting business correspondence; information and data to electronic databases and tables, including, using the KoVo form or any other electronic form; Tracking the humanitarian situation in the regions and prompt notification of emergency cases. III. We offer the successful candidate: Contract until December 31, 2024 with the possibility of extension, depending on further funding and personal work results; Decent remuneration; The opportunity to work with one of the strongest Ukrainian humanitarian NGOs; The opportunity to effectively respond to the challenges of war and participate in aid to the affected population.
