Responsibilities – printing of the loading/unloading letter (LOAD/UNLOAD letter + TTN) – preparation of accompanying documents for the cargo, (printing of the TTN from Ciel, 1C, mail, printing of the VN and acts from the post office, TTN – signing by the logistics manager + seal , + unification with documents prepared by logistics) – affixing a signature and seal (according to the client) – in some cases, printing of additional accompanying documents – transfer of the finished package of documents to the terminal – if necessary, replacement with new documents, deletion of letters in the system LOAD/UNLOAD – write-offs by clients – mark the readiness of documents in the “load” file and ITMS – communication with Bekofis, TM and the terminal operator Requirements – work with office programs – perseverance, attention to detail in working with documents, – ability to work in CRM systems – knowledge of standard Microsoft programs We offer - work in an international company that is actively developing and changing - official employment and social guarantees in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine - medical insurance - prospects for career and professional growth - work schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Mon - Fri, hybrid nature of work – delivery from Akademmistechko metro station, Boyarka
