The mission's objectives are to improve or restore equitable access to primary health care for the local and displaced population affected by the military conflict and to improve their living conditions by covering their fundamental needs.Place of work - KyivGENERAL OBJECTIVEThe Information Management Assistant (IMA) under the supervision of Information Management Manager (IMM) will be responsible for ensuring that information required to support humanitarian operations is collected, organized, and distributed to all stakeholders. S/He assists the MEAL Coordinator and the IMM in the development and implementation of new reporting systems and support the day-to-day functioning of existing databases and tools. S/He is responsible for gathering data on programme activities and support proper data storage and management for the program activities, in addition to supporting with dashboards and factsheets for the programming reporting.QualificationsEducation Degree:University Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related fields.Work experience:Minimum of one (1) years in similar roles with NGOs or private IT companiesLanguage Skills:Fluent in Ukrainian and Russian and working skills in EnglishKnowledge & skills:· Formulate IM systems and technical requirements.· Analytical skills in research, information management, and analysis.· Experience in electronic data collection tools like Kobo, ODK.· Proficiency in statistical software· Competence in graphic design and geographic information systems.· Strong knowledge of and SharePoint.· Proficiency in Excel and Access or other database platforms.· Database creation and maintenance. Information Systems Management:· Maintain and update information management systems, ensuring data integrity and security.· Provide technical support for information management tools and software used within the organization.· Assists Information Management Manager (IMM) and MEAL Coordinator in designing and developing database management systems, monitoring tools and data collection tools/templates.2. Mobile Data Collection and Data Entry· Collect and maintain existing databases with relevant and up to date information;· Enter data into databases and information management systems following established protocols.· Explore and implement innovative approaches to enhance database management, including the use of online and offline databases.· Support field teams in preparing annual reports, work plans, financial expenditure reports etc.3. Data Analysis and Reporting:· Assistin analysing collected data to generate reports and insights for programmatic and strategic purposes.· Prepare and present reports, dashboards, or visualizations to support decision-making.· Support in maintaining incidents and other database as necessary.4. Training and Capacity Building:· Conduct training sessions for staff on information management systems and best practices.· Provide support and guidance to colleagues on data collection methodologies and tools.5.
