Main duties:

· Technical support for meetings (Teams/Zoom, equipment, recording).

· Administration of Microsoft 365 work environments.

· Maintenance of registers, archives and document management of the Apparatus.

· Publication of Supervisory Board documents on the website.

· Preparation of presentations for meetings and reports.

Technical support for HP members and employees.

Higher education or final year student (specialization optional).

Technical support experience online events, working with Microsoft 365.

· Proficiency in the national language, MS Office skills.

· Knowledge of the basics of information security.
