We clear areas of landmines and other weapons, namely cluster bombs and ammunition, small arms stockpiles and improvised explosive devices (IEDs). HALO has about 10,000 employees in 30 countries and regions of the world. We lead efforts to protect lives and restore livelihoods for those affected by conflict. HALO has been working in Ukraine since 2016, carrying out humanitarian demining operations and activities, namely surveying, demining, and informing about the dangers of mines and ODPs. Due to expansion, we are looking for an Information and Software Processing Operator to join our team in Brovary. Requirements: Higher education (Information technologies, IT, Philology); From 1 year of relevant professional experience in the field of administration (required); Confident user of the Internet and Microsoft Office; Fluency in Ukrainian; Knowledge of English will be an advantage Duties Binding of documents, printing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.; Reservation of conference rooms, hotels, ordering taxis, couriers; Data entry and scanning of documents; Ensuring polite and professional communication; Solving administrative problems; Providing general support to visitors ;Preparation and submission of weekly short reports to the remote earth survey manager;Maintenance of electronic spreadsheets and operational data forms;We offer: Salary level -22,000 UAH.
