The LASKA Foundation is a partner of the international humanitarian organization Mercy Corps (https://www.mercycorps.org/), which, with the assistance of the Howard G. Buffett Foundation, implements the Agricultural Support Program of Ukraine. The program provides financial assistance to the local population, internally displaced persons, small and medium-sized businesses in the field of agriculture to restore activities and overcome the consequences of the war. Duties of the manager: - providing professional advice on the terms of the program, opportunities to receive financial assistance, application procedures, etc.; - supporting applicants through making phone calls, visits to the place of agricultural activities, providing instructions, etc.; - maintaining a database of applicants on the Good Grants platform, ensuring the relevance of information, including dates of applications, content of conversations, calendar planning of activities in projects; - providing feedback to applicants, solving issues that arise during project implementation. Necessary experience: - Experience in the field of project work and business planning is welcome; - Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team; - High level of responsibility and organization.
