As a vital member of our agency, you will be responsible for devising and executing impactful influencer marketing strategies that enhance our clients' brand presence, reputation, and engagement.Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of our clients.Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube etc. Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, contracts, and agreements on behalf of our clients.Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to align influencer campaigns with overall PR and marketing objectives.Create compelling content briefs and campaign concepts that resonate with target audiences and reflect clients' brand identities.Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to clients.Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging influencers to inform strategic recommendations and campaign optimizations.Ensure all influencer content adheres to brand guidelines, messaging, and legal requirements.Serve as the primary point of contact between our agency, clients, and influencers, fostering positive relationships and clear communication.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.Proven experience in influencer marketing within the PR industry, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, influencer trends, and analytics tools.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative influencer strategies and campaigns.Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.Passion for storytelling and leveraging influencer partnerships to enhance brand narratives.Ability to adapt to evolving industry trends and client needs.Copywriting skills and capacity required.Note: This is a Part-time Remote positionWorking Schedule:5 hours per day5 days a week9:00 AM, Eastern Standard Time (EST)Note: If your application is shortlisted, you will be required to share your Influencer Marketing Portfolio.
