Influencer Marketing Specialist in BetterMe

As part of the Influencer marketing team, you will engage influencers and UGC- creators to create the best content about our BetterMe Store. Our ideal candidate has experience in Influencer marketing, SMM, particularly in the athleisure sector, and is passionate about the latest fashion trends.

Your future tasks:

• Find and engage external UGC creators (influencers, bloggers) to create content for social media campaigns: communicate and manage on a daily basis;
< li style="font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit">Prepare UGC briefs and moodboards to manage all activities related to the creation of UGC to promote BetterMe Store products on various platforms (TikTok and Instagram take priority) ;
• Analyze the effectiveness of UGC content and initiate improvements based on a data-driven approach;
• Use UGC to increase engagement and growth;
• Monitor best trends and market practices in the industry: constantly propose new ideas.

What do you need for this?

• 1+ years of experience in a similar position: UGC, expertise in storytelling, influence marketing  (experience with the US market will be a plus);
• Ability to create scripts and briefs for UGC;
• Knowledge of how to create attractive advertising concepts (hooks & CTAs) focused on the target audience;
• Basic knowledge of marketing performance metrics (will be a plus);
• You have a lot to tell and teach us about social media trends and best practices, you are truly passionate about what you do;
• Successful cases with Instagram and TikTok influencers will be an advantage;
• Excellent communication and management skills;
• Fluency in English.
