Influencer Marketing Manager (Promova) in Boosters (by Genesis)

We are currently looking for a skilled Influencer Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Promova team. In this role, your main objective will be to developing partnership relations with existing influencers and establishing such relations with new ones (on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and others).

Promova is a one-stop language learning platform that includes a mobile app, conversation clubs, group classes and one-to-one lessons with tutors. We have a popular website, media presence, and active socials. Our app has been downloaded more than 14 million times, and our learners completed over 35 million lessons over the last few years. Our goal for the next 2 years is to secure a spot among top 5 online language learning services worldwide. Looking ahead, within the next five years, we want to achieve the status of a unicorn company with Ukrainian roots!

ABOUT YOU:

• At least one year of commercial expertise with Influencer Marketing;
• High English proficiency (B2-C2);
• The ability to analyze and systematize data, evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns;
• Deep understanding of how social networks work;
• Negotiation skills and creativity;
• Self-directed, and able to work with minimal supervision;
• Energetic, and eager to tackle new projects and ideas;

• Experience with specialized tools will be a big plus.

   

YOUR AREA OF IMPACT:

• Research and identify key opinion leaders, influencers, and content creators that align with our global campaign objectives;
• Managing the entire campaign process from start to finish, including content creation, approvals, influencer agreements, talking points, and handling invoices and payments;
• Analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROMI;
• Continuously explore new approaches, video concepts, and emerging trends in influencer marketing;
• Plan and test various traffic conversion strategies, from hypothesis development to implementation, to optimize campaign performance;
• Develop and manage the collaboration process with UGC creators, including scouting, briefing, and collecting creative materials.
