Influencer Marketing (GEO Africa) in Famesters

We are looking for an Influence Marketing Manager in our fast-growing global full-cycle influencer marketing agency 'Famesters'

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Planning advertising campaigns with bloggers for Software products of our clients.
• Providing performance KPIs and analyzing metrics and results.
• Developing and implementing advertising strategies for software products  under performance KPIs.
• Managing a team of IM managers: building processes, additional motivation system and performance evaluation of each employee.
• Highlighting and building a team of cool specialists for yourself and the needs of the branch;
• Development of Software business line together with Sales & Marketing team.
• Participating and speaking at international offline conferences to develop your department.
• Travel to network with current/potential clients in your business domain.
• Interviews and subsequent publication of your content in leading online sources in your domain.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• You’ve already been working in Influencer Marketing with software services and apps for 2+ years.
• You’ve got your soft-skills pumped up and also have experience in team management.
• You are fluent in English (from C1), additional languages are a big plus to your resume.
• You know how to run advertising campaigns with bloggers for software services and mobile apps in positive ROI.
• You know how to develop and implement a cool and punchy advertising strategy for services and mobile apps of any platform under performance KPIs.
• You can analyze the results of advertising launches and adjust the launch strategy according to product metrics and product KPIs.
