Influence Marketing Manager (Crypto) in BillTech

Currently, we are expanding the marketing team and are looking for an Influence Marketing Manager😊 It is important for us: • Experience in Influence Marketing from 1.5 years or more • Experience in Crypto niches • Deep understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing strategies • Experience working with lead generation outreach campaigns • Ability to choose a suitable influencer for the campaign (reputation, outreach, lead generation) • English B1-B2 • Skills in working with Excel, UTMlinks, Influence tracking tools • Risk management of unforeseen situations • Critical thinking and creativity Will be a plus • Experience working with localization• Experience working with streamersYour main tasks:• Selection and analysis of influencers (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube)• Carrying out work from agreements to closing the deal• Documenting agreements, concluding a contract of necessity, full briefing of the influencer• Creating and completing the audience engagement funnel• Forming tasks , creating promotional codes and engaging the SMM team to write text content• Providing cooperation with tracking links, content and scripts for text/video content From us you will receive • 20 working days of vacation, unlimited paid sick days• Compensation for medical services, corporate doctor• Sports compensation• Lunch compensation• English classes languages• Training compensation (BillTech Academy, courses, trainings, webinars, etc.)• Annual Performance Review• Individual development plan• Payment of overtimesWorking conditions • 9:00-18:00 / 10:00-19:00 (8-hour working day + 1 hour of lunch)• We provide the necessary equipment for work (Macbook Apple)• Hybrid work format (you choose the office or remote yourself) Stages of recruiting Meeting with the recruiter → interview with the manager → final meeting → offer.
