Responsibilities Create adintegrations together with the creative team; Systematically search for content creators and provide creative content for marketing activities toattract users toour networks; Evaluate the quality, relevance, and originality ofcontent submitted bycreators toensure itmeets our requirements and platforms’ policies; Track and analyze data tooptimize the direction, strategy, and value ofinfluencer content; Develop and launch campaigns with influencers (focus onthe Asian market); Stay updated onindustry trends, competitor activities, relevant technical tools, platforms, and emerging content creators tomaintain acompetitive edge incontent acquisition. Requirements 3+years ofInfluence management experience ataB2Cbrand, preferably within financial services (but not obligatory); Athorough understanding ofmedia metrics totrack and hit KPl’s, and the ability toleverage data insights todetermine strategies; Experience with social media/ Influencer management tools (Sprout Social, RivallQ,, Telemetr.io , Modash, etc.); Adeep knowledge ofthe influencer marketing landscape with aproven track record ofidentifying talent aligned with brand values, and successfully securing and managing partnerships; Working with Asian market isrequired (atleast one ofthe listed: Malaysia, India, Vietnam, Thailand); Established and maintained industry contacts and relations; Anunderstanding ofbrand marketing and the role talent plays inbrand strategy; Excellent organizational abilities; Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability tocraft persuasive and engaging narratives; Creative thinker with the ability toconceptualize unique and innovative communication strategies; Well-versed with public relations tools and social media platforms &trends; Strong negotiation skills.
