Your key tasks:

• Development and implementation of an influence marketing strategy within the digital direction of "Aurora";
• Search, analysis and selection of bloggers relevant to our audience (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram);
• Negotiations, preparation of briefs and coordination of the content creation process;
• Control of content compliance with the tone of voice of the brand and its quality;
• Checking the reputational risks of collaborations;
• Analyzing the effectiveness of collaborations, preparing reports and recommendations;
• Monitoring trends and searching for new formats of collaborations;
• Formation and analytics of reporting on all collaborations;
• Creation of tasks and briefs.

It will be great for us to work together if you:

• You have work experience in of influence marketing from 1.5-2 years (brand or agency);
• You understand how social networks work and what formats “hook” the audience;
• You know how to evaluate bloggers by reach, ER, quality of interaction;
• Able to work with several projects in parallel and keep focus on the result;
• Creative, proactive and have a love for non-standard ideas;
• Excellent command of written and spoken Ukrainian;
• B1 level of English (preferred)

It will be an advantage tomastery of practical skills in the field of:

• Budgeting of operating costs: annual/quarterly budget planning, implementation control, analysis of deviations;
• Financial analysis of costs: evaluation of the efficiency of resource use, regarding equipment, repairs, contractors;
• Cost optimization: finding cost-effective solutions without compromising quality (for example, audit of services, energy efficiency, reuse of resources);
• Assessments of contractor performance: through KPI/SLA;
• Participation in investment projects: calculation of the economic feasibility of technical solutions or modernizations.
