We are looking for an energetic and talented Blogger Engagement Manager who will be responsible for recruiting and negotiating with influencers on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok platforms to effectively promote our product. If you have a sharp mind, creativity and the ability to find a common language with a variety of bloggers, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!Functional:- Conducting research and analysis of bloggers on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, their audience, content and influence on the target audience. Active search and selection of bloggers that correspond to our brand and product; - Establishing contact with bloggers, offering cooperation and agreements on advertising partnerships; - Organization and coordination of filming, content creation and development of advertising materials with bloggers; - Monitoring compliance with the terms and effectiveness of advertising ;- Analysis of results and reporting on the achieved indicators. Necessary skills:- Experience in the field of marketing, advertising or purchasing advertising from bloggers;- Deep understanding of the working mechanisms of YouTube, Instagram and TikTok and their advertising potential; - Knowledge of current trends and popular bloggers in various niches; - Excellent communication skills; - Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time; - Creativity and the ability to create compelling content; - Analytical thinking and the ability to draw useful conclusions from data. It will be a plus: - Experience jobs with geo India and LatAm; - English B1+.
