If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Industrial Engineer located in Mukachevo, Ukraine.Reporting to the Industrial Engineering Manager, the Industrial Engineer role involves increasing productivity through the management of workers, methods of business organization, and technology to solve organizational, production, and related problems efficiently.What a typical day looks like:Provide process time estimation to the quote team.Simulate process, materials and manufacturing workflow and give input to process engineer by using REFA, MOST, WITNESS and or adequate tools.During NPI coordinate process planning and set up with respect to takt, cycle time and direct labor requirement.Review result during protyping and trial runs and give feedback to NPI and sales team.Work measurement programs and analyze work samples to develop standards for labor utilization.Analyze work force utilization, facility layout, and operational data, such as production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules, to determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment.Recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities, such as restructuring job duties, reorganizing workflow, relocation workstations and equipment, and purchase of equipment.Confer with management and engineering staff to implement plans and recommendations.May develop management systems for cost analysis, financial planning, wage and salary administration, and job evaluation.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:University degree in a related fieldExperience in related fieldTime management, high problem-solving skills, flexibilityAbility to communicate effectivelyAbility to prioritize and react quicklyWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:Interesting and challenging job in an experienced and close-knit teamSubstantive support in the process of adaptationSocial packageKS59SiteFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
