We are looking for a Industrial Design Project Manager!

 What should be done? 

• architecturally support the reconstruction and partial renewal of gas stations: check drawings, work with the layout of the sales hall and technical premises, select and develop individual interior elements (for example, tables, chairs, racks, lamps, tiles, etc.);
• take control of compliance with the standards of external and internal design at existing gas stations;
• look for and implement new architectural solutions to improve the customer experience;
• select and cooperate with architectural studios to develop new projects: conclude contracts, set tasks, organize work processes, form/provide comments, monitor compliance with deadlines, implement support at the stage of project implementation.

What do we expect?

• experience in the implementation and management of author support of architectural projects;
• ability to work with drawings, knowledge of modern interior and building materials and stages of construction work;
• understanding of the basics of design and composition;
• experience of working with designers (production of technical specifications, analysis of received materials, formation feedback);
• the ability to work in AutoCAD;
• the ability to organize and coordinate the work process, build effective relationships between the work group and contractors;
• skills in managing several projects at the same time, setting priorities;
• responsibility and attentiveness when performing tasks;
• the ability to analyze a problem, find the most effective solution, transform it into a TOR, assign tasks to external or internal performers, evaluate the effectiveness of the results;
• creativity, communication skills, ideation, result orientation.
