We are looking forIndustrial Design Project Manager!

• What should be done?
  • monitor compliance with external and internal design standards gas station;
  • carry out architectural support for the reconstruction of existing gas stations and the construction of new ones:
  • work with the planning of the trading hall and technical premises;
  • selection of individual interior elements (for example , tables, chairs, shelves, lamps, tiles, etc.).
  • search for and implement new architectural solutions to improve the customer experience;
  • make a selection and cooperate with architectural studios:
  • setting tasks, organizing the work process, forming comments, monitoring compliance with deadlines, contractual drafting;
  • support at the stage of project implementation;
  • conducting projects for the development of the design of external and internal elements gas station design (navigational elements, equipment branding, functional areas, etc.).

  What do we expect?

  • experience in implementation and author support of architectural projects;
  • ability to work with drawings, knowledge of modern interior, building materials and stages of construction works;
  • understanding of the basics of design and composition;
  • experience of working with designers (production of technical specifications, analysis of received materials, formation of feedback);
  • knowledgei work in AutoCAD;
  • the ability to organize and coordinate the work process, build effective relationships between the work group and contractors;
  • skills to manage several projects at the same time, setting priorities;
  • responsibility and attentiveness when performing tasks;
  • ability to analyze a task, find the most effective option for its solution, transform it into a TOR, assign tasks to external or internal executors, evaluate the effectiveness of results;
  • creativity, communication skills, ideation, result orientation.
