- Control over the activities of the executive body, adoption of key decisions affecting the strategic development of the company;
- Approval of internal documents that regulate the activities of the company, except for those related to the exclusive competence of the general meeting;
- Election, termination of powers, approval of contract terms and determination of remuneration of members of the executive body and other managers of the company;
- Appointment and dismissal of the head of the internal audit unit;
- Approval of the terms of contracts with by auditors, consideration and recommendations based on the results of the audit report;
- Making decisions on mergers, reorganization, liquidation and other changes in the company structure;
- Approving provisions on the committees of the Supervisory Board, corporate risk management, and consideration of other important issues that go beyond day-to-day activities.
Professional requirements:
- Over 7 years of total experience, of which at least 3 years of experience in management positions, and at least 2 years in personnel management in industrial companies;
- Experience of participating in projects on the transformation of management and reward systems;
- Experience in the recruitment and development of personnel;
- Experience in the field of organizational development, compensation and benefits;
- Experience in the successful implementation of motivation systems (Tskr, KPA, others);
- Knowledge of the current labor legislation of Ukraine;
The advantage will be:
- Experience of working in international companies;
- Previous experience as a member of the Supervisory Board;
- Proficiency in English.

- Flawless business reputation;
- Has not been prosecuted for committing a corruption or corruption-related offense;
- No outstanding convictions;
- No ban on holding positions in the management bodies of economic companies;
