Incoming application processing manager in SMMpro

We are currently looking for an Inbound Processing Manager an application that will become an important link in our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient processing and analysis of incoming customer requests, ensuring a high level of service and meeting customer needs.

Tasks:< /p>

- Processing incoming requests from customers over the phone.

- Advising customers about the company's services and solving their requests.

- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and excellent service.

- Age 18 and over.

- Experience in processing incoming applications or customer service will be an advantage.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients.

- High responsibility and result-oriented.

- Knowledge of the Ukrainian and Russian languages ​​at an above average level.

- Ability to work in a team and make quick decisions

We offer:

- Fixed rate of UAH 25,000 + bonus system.

- Opening hours 5/2, from 9:00 to 19:00 (NOT REMOVED)
