Inclusive Education Specialist in ZEST Autsorsing

We are holding a competition for the position of "Specialist in Inclusive Education" to the team of the Coordination Center for the Development of Family Education and Child Care. 

The coordination center is a consulting body of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, whose task is to coordinate the efforts of the government, international and public organizations for the development of the child care system based on global and European practices, which will meet the urgent needs of Ukraine and the long-term goals of joining the of the European Union. Main responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders of the public and non-governmental sectors active in the field of education, in particular, inclusive education.< /p>

• Identify the best international practices in providing inclusive education, the experience of other governmental and non-governmental organizations that can be replicated or adapted in Ukraine.

to children Analyze the system of institutional care and education of children in the part provided by the Ministry of Education and Science.

• Contribute to the improvement of qualifications and the development of skills of specialists who work with children with special educational needs.

• Support updating and modernization of the professional education system to meet the needs of inclusive and special education.

• Provide expert support to regions and united communities for the development of educational services for children, in particular with special educational needs.

Requirements for candidates:

• < p>Education: master's degree in the field of pedagogy and education.

• Work experience of 5 years or more in the field of pedagogy and education, or public service.

< li>

Knowledge of laws and regulations governing rules and regulations in the field of education in Ukraine.

• Ability to prepare draft orders for educational and scientific-methodical activities.

• Experience in the development and adaptation of curricula and programs taking into account different learning styles and abilities.

• Participation in master classes , seminars, or trainings related to inclusive education and teaching methodologies.

• Experience in promoting inclusive practices and raising awareness of the importance of inclusive education.

English — Intermediate level.

• Fluency in Ukrainianin which language.

• Ability to learn and summarize information.

• Understanding the individual characteristics of children.

• Provision of methodical support to educational institutions.

• Excellent communication skills for communicating with state authorities and public organizations in the field of children's education.

• Excellent analytical skills for analyzing the state of the education industry.

• Ability to identify problems and develop effective strategies to solve them.
