Inbound Sales Team Lead (Ringostat) remotely Ringostat is a Ukrainian SaaS company. Currently, more than 1200 companies from 26 countries use Ringostat: Peugeot, Olx, Ajax and others. Along with the fact that we work actively and focussed on foreign markets, one of our main markets is the Ukrainian market, which is also growing. That is why we are looking for a person who will lead an experienced Inbound SDR team, which already has 6 salespeople (Ishchenekinets), who will be able to strengthen it with his expertise and improve current processes, with the aim of improving the speed and quality of processing incoming requests. We are looking for a person who has extensive experience in B2B sales and is also a ready-made manager: he knows how to teach and motivate a team, build and improve processes. Your skills: 1. You have 3 years of experience in B2B sales, that is, you have sold thousands of times and you know how to do it well. 2. You will have managerial (management) experience of 1 year or more. 3. Results-oriented. The process is important, but the result is king. Everything you do, you do for the sake of the result, and this is the main guideline. 4. Clear and responsible. If you promised something, you will definitely fulfill it, if you delegated something, you will definitely monitor its implementation. 5. Ticked with a small team of up to 5-7 people (more — difficult). 6. I will hire at least 2 people who have been trained by the internal sales force of a self-confident sales person who gives a stable cool result. 7. You know well the arithmetic and sales funnel. With your eyes closed, you can name the key metrics that affect sales, why they affect, how each of these metrics can be improved, and how it will affect the final result in terms of money. 8.
