Along with the fact that we actively and focus on foreign markets, one of our main markets is the Ukrainian one, which is also growing.

Therefore, we are looking for a person who will lead an experienced Inbound SDR team, in which there are already 6 sales (and this is not the end), who will be able to strengthen it with his expertise and improve current processes, with the aim of improving the speed and quality of processing incoming requests.< /p>

We are looking for a person who has extensive experience in B2B sales and is already a ready-made manager: he knows how to train and motivate a team, build and improve processes.< /p>


Your skills:

  1. You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, that is, you have sold yourself and know how to do it well.
  2. You have 1 year of managerial experience.
  3. You are result-oriented. The process is important, but the result is the king. Everything you do, you do for the sake of the result and this is your main guide.
  4. You are clear and responsible. If you promised something, you will definitely fulfill it, if you delegated something, you will definitely monitor its implementation.
  5. You managed a small team of up to 5-7 people (more is also ok).
  6. You have at least 2 people whom you have grown from an intern or junior to an independent, confident sales person who gives a stable cool result.
  7. You know arithmetic and the sales funnel well. You can, with your eyes closed, name the key metrics that affect the amount of sales, why they do, how you can improve each of these metrics, and how it will affect the bottom line in money.
  8. You yourself, personally implemented some processes from 0. For example: implemented CRM, developed and implemented a lead scoring system, perhaps developed a sales funnel, a sales motivation system, etc.
  9. You have no idea how a company or sales department can work without a properly implemented CRM.
  10. You have developed analytical thinking and you make decisions not based on "feelings", but on data. You have a habit of building a report or a dashboard to get an answer to a hypothesis or question.
  11. You can hardly imagine your life without spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets). You have a lot of them and you know how to work with them.


The team is waiting for you:

  1. Ensure fulfillment and over-fulfillment of sales plans.
  2. Motivate and train the team.
  3. Control the team, conduct regular pipeline review.
  4. Build a team: hire and onboard, fire (if necessary).
  5. Constantly improve key metrics. For the team as a whole and for individual team members.
  6. Find inefficient parts of the process and optimize and improve them.
  7. Generate ideas for new processes, improvements to current ones. That is, to be one of the key generators of changes in Inbound Sales.
  8. Describe and implement new or updated processes yourself.
  9. Maintain effective communication and cooperation with other departments and departments.
  10. Personally participate and assist sales in key deals as needed.
