Inbound customer service consultant (not sales!) in The Capital, AN

T.H.E. Capital, a premium real estate agency, is seeking a specialist for the position of Inbound Customer Service Consultant. Our team is a young and energetic team that knows what a "teammate" atmosphere and "work-life balance" are.

What will you do?

• Accept calls from interested ("warm") customers and provide them with advice according to the request;
• Identify the customer's need during the conversation and record the results of agreements in the CRM system;
• Process missed calls from customers and requests coming from other sources (sites, social networks, bulletin boards, etc.);
• Create and/or edit/complete customer profiles in the CRM system. Manage the "funnel" of customers.

You are our ideal candidate if :

• You have experience as a consultant (phone line or live consultations), or you are ready to learn quickly; li>
• You have a perfect command of the Ukrainian language and know how to communicate harmoniously (no profanity is allowed);
• You understand and accept the necessary use of customer service standards (service approach);
• You love to communicate with people regardless of the interlocutor's personality type and level of wealth;
• Able to work in conditions of high intensity and multitasking.
