In-app Content Manager Kyiv Mriya is an educational application for students, parents/guardians and teachers that inspires learning and helps everyone find themselves in the modern world. Our team is currently looking for a person to coordinate the multimedia library in the Mria content department. We are looking for a person with experience: Managing content in a company/startup/project Organization of a large number of videos (corporate library) The ability to work in multitasking mode and organize one's work Analytical thinking and understanding of metrics for analyzing the effectiveness of content It will be a plus: The desire to organize filming at our events Tasks: Constantly expand the multimedia library application of the Dream with the help of the CMS system (a tool for working with content), adding new content units Develop and improve the CMS system, as well as the material storage system Develop content validation rules and check educational content for the absence of frames and expressions prohibited by these rules Implement content inclusiveness (for example, subtitles, additional languages , sign language, etc.) Participate in the development of a recommender system and group content by categories, topics, interests, series, tag content Work both with Mriya's own content and with content transmitted by partners Monitor the process of producing own content and interaction with contractors Organize storage of all content and related content materials We offer: Full-time employment The first three months—office work (e-shelter), after—a hybrid schedule Work on a project that is really important for Ukraine Dream Team in the strictest sense of the word Recruitment steps: interview with HR -> technical interview -> getting to know the project managers.
