Requirements: Higher economic education Work experience as a foreign trade manager, import manager, logistician Work experience in the retail sector — an advantage Knowledge of MS Office programs, 1СExcel — at a high level English — upper intermediate Communicability, systematicity, responsibility, analytical mindsetTasks: Organization and resolution of issues related to cargo delivery from other countries and on the territory of UkraineCommunication with transport companiesMonitoring the execution of contracts for the supply of productsReceiving confirmation of the order and additional information about itCoordinating with the supplier the planned shipment date and shipment conditionsNegotiations on improvement payment conditions (increased deferrals, discounts) Control and ensuring the timeliness of shipments Control of indirect costs for supplies Timely sending of shipping documents Reconciliation of mutual accounts with suppliers Obtaining information about shortages and shortages, clarifying their causes Negotiating with the supplier about compensation for shortages/shortages Drawing up a payment plan for the next month at the end of each month, as well as an annual payment plan.
