We offer an attractive and dynamic international working environment with constant opportunities for development, reflecting our conviction that people are our most important asset.Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of Import-Export Coordinator (Supply Chain) position in Kyiv.Main responsibilities:Coordinate inbound and outbound process in a way to secure compliant, timely and cost-efficient flow of goodsManage IMS process flow including creation of GSI (General Shipping Instructions) and Product Briefs confirmationEnsure the documentation compliance is attended, assuring timely and accurate deliveryMaintain goods movements in SAP (creating orders, posting GR and GI)Ensure that required import permits and export licenses for all processes from Goverment Institutions are obtained timelyManage authorizations and simplified customs proceduresEnsure correct HS code classification for new and existing products based on proficiency in TARICEnsure proper and correct preferential origin calculation of products with specific knowledge of Origin rules defined in FTA’sEnsure partnership relation with Local Government institutions, service providers and suppliersPrepare tender process with Procurement and ensure smooth implementationMain requirements:Higher Education3+ of relevant experience Best Practices in Inter-Market Supply & International TransportationExpertise in Customs legislation (tariff codes, permitted actions with goods, preferential origin, etc.…)Expertise in Foreign trade contracts (Incoterms - international commercial terms clarifying the obligations of buyers and sellers, CMR convention - contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road)Deep understanding of other Operations processes (Demand&Supply Planning, Procurement, Logistics, FactoriesExperience in ERP systems & platforms: SAP, Transporeon, TRACESFluent in English languageProficiency in MS Office package useNestle Ukraine is an equal opportunity employer.
