Implementation Specialist/Implementation Manager in Sherlock, recruitment agency

Our client is a Ukrainian technology company that develops its own IT products and serially produces dual-purpose solutions, strengthening Ukraine's defense capabilities.

We are looking for an Implementation Specialist - a specialist who knows how to work with technology in real conditions and is ready to provide services with maintenance, repair and adjustment of the company's products.

Practical thinking, responsibility and efficiency are valued here.

Responsibilities:

• Quality control of assembly and integration of electronic components (visual and technical)

• Diagnosis and troubleshooting at the level of electrical and mechanical components

• Performance of planned maintenance of electrical equipment

• Performance of repairs in the field and prompt response to incidents

• Interaction and coordination of work with a team of technicians

• Participation in implementation and preparation of technical solutions for operation

• Setup and calibration of equipment after assembly or repair

Requirements:

• Experience in repair and technical support in the field

• Practical experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems

• Soldering skills and working with electronic components, the ability to assess the quality of assembly

• Basic understanding of IT systems with multi-level interaction of components

• Basic knowledge of Linux (working with the terminal, SSH, basic commands)

• Availability of a category B driver's license

• Advanced organizational, communication skills, independence and responsibility at work

• Willingness to work outdoors and physical tasks (working with heavy tools/equipment)

Will be a plus:

• Experience in assembling, integrating, configuring and calibrating electronic equipment

• Experience in assembling, configuring and maintaining hardware complexes

• Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and electrical diagrams

• Experience with UAVs (Mavic 3 type or similar)

Military servicemen and veterans have priority in the selection for a position if they have relevant technical experience.

• Official employment in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, reservation - with the availability of proper VOD;

• Work in Kyiv (Right Bank), as well as business trips, irregular schedule (overtime is paid separately)
