Your Impact: The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for the success of the process of onboarding new customers to the product. This will require accurate merging and validation of data sets, timely maintenance of relevant documentation and clear communication with the Implementation team in the US. - letters, documentation, etc. Your experience: Experienced user of Google Spreadsheets or Excel High level of English (Upper-Intermediate) Excellent data validation skills Ability to clearly articulate discrepancies, problems and ideas for improving processes to customer service managers Strong problem-solving skills Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to fully work as individually and in a team Role details: Work schedule Mon-Fri: 11:30 — 20:00 Vacation: Flexible Paid Time Off policyBenefit package Work must be meaningful and beneficial.
