Implementation specialist in Nacionalne agentstvo Ukrayini z pitan derzhavnoyi sluzhbi

The National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service Issues is looking for an Implementation Specialist for the Human Resources Management Information System in State Bodies (HRMIS). This project is implemented within the framework of a grant provided by the European Commission within the framework of the Partnership Program of the EU and the World Bank.

Your duties will be:

1. Supporting the data migration phase in HRMIS (analyzing the data structure in each public service body covered by the system (Phase 1 and Phase 2 public bodies).
2. Reviewing data integrity and mechanisms for data quality control and mapping from for the purpose of developing a data migration template project.
3. Development and monitoring of individual migration plans, conducting analysis of data migration or functionality issues that may delay system adoption, as well as providing appropriate suggestions to the NADS team and the HRMIS Vendor for troubleshooting and workarounds.
4. Provide ongoing HRMIS support in the form of incident management, system performance monitoring, development and testing of system change requirements.
5. Collection of analytics on migration incidents to improve the data migration process .
6. Cooperation with other Project consultants and NADS structural divisions within the Project.
7. Performance of other tasks to support HRMIS implementation at the request of the Project Coordinator and/or Group Leader.

   We expect from you:

   1. Higher technical education (bachelor, specialist or master's degree).
   2. At least 3 years of experience systems analyst in the implementation of an ERP/CRM system.
   3. At least 3 years of experience in the development and/or support of web applications.
   4. Experience in providing data migration for at least one similar task.

   6. Experience with databases. Knowledge of SQL.
   7. Fluent command of Ukrainian, working level of knowledge of the English language.

   Additionally:

   1. The contract with the FOP is concluded for at least one year.
   2. Remote work is possible.
