Implementation Engineer / Senior Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for an Implementation Engineer with strong technical and business skills to join our Streamline team. The role involves implementing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing our integrated software solutions for clients. In this position, you will collaborate closely with a product manager, implementation managers, software developers, and customers to ensure timely and successful implementation and ongoing client satisfaction with our software.

Requirement:

• Proficient in effective communication with customers to identify, analyze, and clarify their requirements.
• Thorough knowledge of integration protocols (REST, ODBC) and data exchange methods.
• Proficiency in SQL and databases, capable of performing complex queries and analyzing data structure.
• Knowledge of  TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and other network.
• Capable of preparing technical documentation including concept, architecture, detailed specifications, and terms of reference.
• Skilled in analyzing information, identifying potential problems, and developing effective solutions.
• Willingness to take responsibility for task implementation and suggest process improvement.
• Ability and willingness to quickly learn new information, technologies, and methods.
• High degree of responsibility.

Would be a plus:

• Basic knowledge of Postman, NoSQL.
• Basic knowledge or understanding of HubSpot CRM and Jira issue-tracking system.
• Experience with web applications (testing, troubleshooting, or even development).

What will you do:

• Managing the data integration process, ensuring that all relevant data is accurately and efficiently incorporated into our product.
• Attending scheduled meetings with customers to discuss their integration needs and provide updates on ongoing projects.
• Addressing any questions or concerns customers may have regarding the integration process and providing necessary support.
• Assisting customers in integrating our solutions into their existing environments, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
• Overseeing the deployment of our solutions, ensuring they are correctly installed and configured within the customer’s environment.
• Providing support with SQL queries, including writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting queries as needed by the customers.

Work hours: 9:00 AM — 5:00 PM EST or local time Kyiv time zone equivalent (16:00-00:00)

Languages:
Excellent English, both written and speaking skills are required.
