Responsibilities: Partner withHR tounderstand their needs and workflows. Design and configureHR processes using our no-code platform (think applicant tracking, onboarding, leave management, performance reviews). Integrate Certa with existingHR systems for seamless data flow. Train and support internal staff onusing the platform effectively. Test and troubleshoot platform functionality. Stay up-to-date onindustry best practices and identify opportunities toimprove processes with Certa. Maintain clear documentation for future reference. Ensure data confidentiality and report any security concerns. You are agreat fit ifyou have: Bachelor’s degree inEngineering orScience (orequivalent experience). Experience with API (3rd Party) integrations. Hands onexperience working onJSON and/ orother scripting languages (e.g. Python/ JavaScript). Hands-on, problem-solving mentality with a“get itdone” attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention todetail and acommitment toaccuracy. Bonus points ifyou have: Experience inasimilar SaaS configuration analyst role. Prior experience ofno-code platforms and best practices. Prior software development experience (coding). Our platform isadeep-technical one and ifyou have some background insoftware development, you will bepreferred.
