Implementation consultant in EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) application software in EY

Our EY Consulting team is focused on working with our clients to leverage EAM solutions innovations and create business value. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of EAM systems implementations in area of asset and work management who can assist EY clients on their business transformation journeys and EAM implementation projects.Role OverviewAs a Implementation consultant in EAM, this person will be responsible for working in a team of consulting professionals across client engagements such as development of digital and business processes automation strategy, design of applications architecture, implementation planning, re-design and setup of asset and work management business processes in EAM system, development of approaches, concepts and methodology to asset and work management that will involve the use of deep consulting in EAM and asset maintenance, repair and operation.We are looking for a motivated, analytic individual with a successful track record of complex EAM and / or other IT systems implementation in multidisciplinary and diverse environment. The incumbent must be able to develop enduring, strong relationships, within the team, clients and across EY organization. The candidate should have significant previous experience of working in teams in area of asset and work management, EAM implementation. They should also have a good level of understanding around the use of asset and work management data for decision making and the strategic potential of end-to-end business processes automation, implementation of preventive maintenance.Specific ResponsibilitiesWorking in project team in a fast paced and demanding environment by utilizing strong interpersonal skills.Participating simultaneous projects and engagement teams including problem disaggregation and planning, development of requirements, design and configuring of EAM solution, testing of the solution, design of approaches and structure to master data, development of integration architecture, delivering of trainings and development of final implementation deliverables.Participate in the developing frameworks, approaches, solutions and recommendations through the analysis of client business processes and data from multiple sources that effectively and efficiently address the most impactful opportunities and challenges by framing the results in a cohesive strategy and articulating recommendations and insights to executive management.Influencing peers in other functional areas (e.g., finance, supply chain, procurement etc.) and across consulting teams to deliver best in class projects in ways that leverage the breadth and depth of EY resources and expertise.Producing insights and analyses to improve client performance, drive understanding of client issues and provide strategic guidance for client priorities across the EAM function.As an asset and work management expert, utilize consultative and data driven approach that ensures knowledge sharing, coaching and training across other consulting functional teams to maximize the performance of clients.Ideal Background And QualificationsWe are looking for an implementation consultant with deep expertise in asset andwork management and consulting to provide analysis and strategic thinking to shape the services we deliver to clients, perform consulting tasks and engagements, and develop actionable and scalable insights and solutions. Ideal candidate could be a senior consultant or consultant level in a consulting or integration firm or other organization.
