Our expectations from you:

• higher education;
• work experience from 1 year;
• experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Procreate, Midjourney or similar programs;

• confident artistic skills - the ability to create characters, people, objects in different styles;

• knowledge of the basics of composition, color science, chiaroscuro and anatomy, which allows you to create expressive, balanced and technically high-quality illustrations;

• skills in creating logos, banners and YouTube covers;

• ability to work with AI tools for image generation;

• confident work with references and the ability to quickly adapt to specific stylistic requirements and project tasks;

• speed and efficiency of execution tasks, the ability to work with large volumes of material;

• the ability to plan time, organize the work process and strictly adhere to deadlines;

• readiness for edits and corrections, the ability to constructively perceive feedback and work with it;

• creativity and proactivity — the ability to offer own ideas and options for illustrations.
