Tasks to be performed: selection of candidates for the Media Buyer vacancy; screening and transfer of HRG candidates; recruitment of candidates through various channels (we will train you to work with them); cooperation with HRG to determine the needs and requirements of candidates; assessment of candidate competencies and adoption of hiring decisions; meeting deadlines for closing vacancies; working in a team. Our ideal candidate has the following competencies: 6 months of recruiting experience; experience in finding candidates in the field of gambling , in particular the suggestions of buyers (will be an advantage); excellent understanding of the affiliate marketing market; the ability to work in a rapidly changing environment; purposefulness and focus on results.
