Requirements 3+years ofexperience indeveloping, leading, and managing iGaming projects (real-money casino products). Demonstrated ability towork with and lead cross-functional teams. Profound understanding ofthe Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. Proficient increating and managing project plans, timetables, status reports, and internal/external documentation. Change and Quality Management. Fluency inEnglish, excellent verbal and written communication. Strong time management onpersonal, team, project, and program level. Conflict management. Facilitation and team collaboration skills. Readiness for business trips abroad. Will beaplus: Agile certifications (SM, PO, etc.) and hands-on experience. Project Management certifications (PMP, ITIL, etc.). Game Design/ Art Production/ Programming experience. Responsibilities Care about your teams. Manage one orseveral projects ofvarious sizes. Learn clients’ expectations, prepare scope, estimations and planning for each project. Set and manage priorities based onclient, team and company needs. Ensure client and company expectations are met. Establish and follow atransparent process, coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, daily stand-ups, etc. Escalate issues inatimely manner and eliminate ormitigate risks. Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur. Prepare and present reports onteams progress and milestones. Own full responsibility for product delivery. Set and achieve desired quality goals.
