Our company develops applications and projects, is a leading operator in the gaming and gambling industry. In connection with the development of a new project, we are looking for a candidate for the position of IGaming Customer Support in our branch in Kyiv.

Responsibilities:

- Providing high-quality and prompt support to customers via chat, phone and e-mail;
- Answering customer questions and solving their problems;
- Registration and processing of requests in the CRM system ;
- Cooperation with other departments of the company to solve technical issues of clients.

 Requirements:

- Work experience is not important;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
- Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level or higher;
- Responsibility and result-oriented.
