IFRS manager (work with non-residents) in DTEK, TOV, Energetichna kompaniya

DTEK Naftogaz is Ukraine's largest private gas production company engaged in exploration and production of natural gas, oil and gas condensate. 

We are looking for Manager

FUNCTIONSONAL POSITIONS:

• Quality control of accounting. accounting of non-resident companies;
• Control of the monthly process of closing the reporting period of Group companies; 
• Preparation of annual financial statements of companies in accordance with IFRS, including consolidated financial statements of the Group in English (based on SAP);
• Support of the annual audit of the Group's financial statements (auditors - Big4);
• Preparation of data for management reporting, reports and analytical information for shareholders, creditors, as well as presentations and transcripts of financial information at the request of management;
• Analysis of non-standard transactions regarding the correctness of their accounting and disclosure in Finnish reporting in accordance with IFRS;
• Participation in writing regulatory documentation;
• Participation in project work on improving business processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education (economics, finance);
• Work experience of at least 5 years, including work experience in Big4 at least 4 years (preferably );
• Experience in a managerial position/senior on inspection - from 1 year.
• ACCA/CIPA/CFA - as an additional advantage

NECESSARY SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE:

• Experience in preparing company financial statements;
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and the ability to apply them in practice;
< li>Understanding the main financial indicators, the ability to analyze financial information, draw conclusions and propose alternative solutions;
• High level of mastery of Excel, in particular working with large data sets;
• Proficiency in English (in including economic terms) at a level not lower than Intermediate; 
• Experience with primary documents and document flow of the enterprise;
• Experience in SAP is welcome.
