Duties:

• Processing incoming requests;
• Identifying client needs;
• Working in CRM system;
• Working with non-target and illiquid leads;
• Online communication;
• Preparation of the client for transfer to the manager;
• Achieving the key result of the position.

   
  
  

  The main result of the work of the lead generator: 

   • qualified lead; 

  • entered correctly in CRM; 

   • transferred to the responsible manager; 

   • the client is invited to the tasting.
