We are looking for an energetic and motivated lead generator to work with the platform This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to start a career in lead generation and sales, even if you have no previous experience.
Responsibilities:
Search for potential clients and projects corresponding to the company's specialization;
Sending offers and responses to customer requests;
Track and analyze activity on the platform to identify new opportunities for growth.
Fluency in English (levelB2/C1, both written and spoken);
Minimum 6+ months of experience in lead generation (strong desire to work in IT sales will also be considered);
Experience with Upwork, Excel, Google Docs and CRM systems (eg PipeDrive) would be a plus;
Ability to optimize sales strategies and work processes;
Ability to multitask, make complex decisions and learn;
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
