IAM/IAG Engineer in Provectus

You'll play a critical role in developing and maintaining access control policies, enforcing compliance with security standards, and integrating IAM/IAG solutions with our IT infrastructure.Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions to ensure secure and efficient access to systems and applicationsDevelop and maintain IAG processes to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirementsAdminister and support Okta and/or Microsoft Azure Active Directory (AAD) environments, including user provisioning, access controls, and single sign-on (SSO) configurationsImplement and manage major IAG platforms, ensuring they meet the organization's security and operational requirementsDevelop, enforce, and monitor access control policies to protect sensitive data and systemsOversee user lifecycle management processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and access reviewsRespond to and resolve IAM/IAG-related incidents, including troubleshooting and root cause analysisIntegrate IAM/IAG solutions with existing IT infrastructure and automate processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual workloadEnsure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and support audit activities related to IAM/IAGCreate and maintain documentation for IAM/IAG processes and provide training to users and IT staff on best practices and new featuresRequirements:Demonstrated experience managing and supporting Okta and/or MS AAD environmentsHands-on experience with major IAG platforms and tools. Strong knowledge of access management concepts, including user provisioning, SSO, and multi-factor authentication (MFA)Understanding of identity governance, compliance requirements, and best practices. Proficiency in relevant programming and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and integrationAbility to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
