Job description:

Providing high-quality technical support to customers on issues related to HVAC equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operation of heating systems, refrigeration and boiler equipment. If you have relevant knowledge and experience, know how to communicate with customers, this position is just for you!

Technical support:

• Technical consulting of designers, installers, customers and employees.
• Working with designers, conducting hydraulic calculations, drawing up specifications, checking the correct selection of equipment.
• Replacing the installed in equipment projects of other brands on HERZ equipment.
• Analysis of technical characteristics and parameters of competitors' products.
• Support of projects in which the company's products are used.
• Conducting training and technical seminars for designers, sales teams of dealers, installers.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Completed higher technical education by specialties:heating and gas supply, ventilation and air conditioning or ACS TP;
• Experience in the areas of heating, heat supply, water supply and ventilation, automation;
• Excellent knowledge of the Ukrainian language and command of English and / or German at the B1 level;
• Availability of a driver's license and skills in driving a passenger car;
• Readiness to business trips.
