**JOB DESCRIPTION**
We are looking for an experienced and responsible project manager who is ready to take on the full cycle of project management in the field of HVAC. You will work in a team of professionals, ensuring high quality and timeliness of project implementation.
**DUTIES:**
* **Customer consulting:** Visiting facilities, analyzing customer needs, providing technical consultations and development of optimal solutions.* **Equipment selection:** Selection and calculation of the necessary equipment for HVAC systems taking into account the requirements of the project and the budget.* **Cooperation with the team:** Working together with the sales manager, coordinating the work of the project department, ensuring effective communication between all project participants.* **Technical and author supervision:** Quality control of work performance, compliance with project documentation, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budget.* **Project management until commissioning:** Completion of necessary documentation , carrying out commissioning works, handing over the project to the customer.* **Warranty service:** Quality control of HVAC systems during the warranty period, prompt resolution of possible problems.
**REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:**
* ** Education:** Higher technical degree (preferably in the field of HVAC).* **Work experience:** From 3 years as a project manager or design engineer in the field of HVAC.* **Knowledge:** Normative documentation on HVAC, modern technologies and equipment, design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).* **Skills:** Project management, communication, negotiation, working with documentation.* **Personal qualities:** Responsibility, organization, initiative, ability to work in team and independently, result-oriented.* **Category B driver's license** and having your own car will be an advantage.
