Direct message from TEBIN to the member who posted the job Natalia Filipska Natalia Filipska coach | HR manager Head of talents Executive search headhunter LEAD HVAC ENGINEER Role Overview Lead Mechanical (Heat, Ventilation and Conditioning OR Water and sewage) engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating and directing the engineering projects within their discipline and expertise.  They must ensure that the projects are completed within the allocated budget and schedule set for their discipline and meet the expectations of the Client.   Responsibilities and Capabilities Analyze all the initial data from Clients to plan and design projects.  Ensure timely completion of projects within the discipline, managing project schedules and milestones.  Coordinate estimating, and scoping within the discipline, working closely with other stakeholders.  Attend Client meetings to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise.  Provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle, including attending client meetings, participating in design coordination meetings, and reviewing design alternatives.  Review and provide technical expertise on design alternatives, value engineering proposals, and constructability reviews to optimize project performance and cost-effectiveness.  Carry out the calculations and design complex systems Direct and supervise other engineers' activities within the discipline and interdisciplinary teams.  Prepare or direct the preparation and modification of reports, BIM models, specifications, plans and other project-related activities.  Instruct draftspersons/technicians to convert designs into working BIM models/drawings.  Review and approve the discipline drawings/BIM models for conformity and quality assurance at intradisciplinary reviews, ensuring that all engineering deliverables meet the required standards and specifications. Initiate interdisciplinary reviews of own discipline and coordinate markups/ issues resolution.  Desired Skills and Expertise Provide expert technical guidance to project teams, ensuring high-quality engineering solutions and continuous improvement. Advise senior management with strategic insights, leveraging deep technical expertise for informed decision-making. Apply critical thinking to resolve engineering challenges, utilizing innovative solutions to overcome obstacles. Mentor junior engineers, fostering skill development and promoting a culture of continuous learning. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and industry best practices, maintaining high project quality and safety.
