About the role

We are seeking a talented, social and entrepreneurial recruiter. For our financial and real estate firm we want to acquire young talent to join our firm. We are especially looking for female talent to join our firm. We have several roles as real estate agent, brand ambassador, brand promoter for which we look to acquire talent. 

Responsibilities

• Come up with creative plans to reach young talented profiles;
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to reach our target audience and drive brand awareness;
• Manage all social media accounts, creating engaging content and growing our online presence;
• Collaborate with the director to create cohesive branding across all branches of the company;
• Join management meetings to further understand company activities.
