We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to support our company's growth and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources within IT or other service-oriented industries (e.g., legal, consulting, accounting, banking, insurance) and at least 3 years in a human resources management role.Proven experience managing an HR team of at least two people.Proficient in HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, L&D, and employer branding, with the ability to build and improve these processes.Skilled in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Expertise in HR reporting and analytics.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Exceptional active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Proficiency in English (C1 level).
