The enterprise "Mix-Bet Ukraine" (https://mixbet.com.ua) for the production of concrete and the small Cleaning company "AV CLEANING" (https://av-cleaning.com) are looking for a whole team of responsible, proactive and experienced PERSONNEL MANAGER (HR ).Responsibilities: selection of candidates for various positions in the company, formation of a personnel reserve; organization of integration of new employees into the team; ensuring the implementation of personnel procedures from hiring to dismissal of employees; maintaining documentation related to personnel accounting and labor relations; market monitoring labor, participation in the implementation of motivational programs for personnel; resolution of conflict situations and support of employee satisfaction; total staff for two enterprises - about 40-50 employees. Requirements: experience in personnel management - from 2 years; understanding of the principles and procedures of personnel management; skills work with personnel documentation and ensure its timely and accurate execution; excellent communication skills; knowledge of labor legislation and personnel issues; desirable experience of working with personnel accounting databases and programs; initiative, attention to detail, responsibility, active lifestyle.
