We are looking for an HR manager who not only skillfully manages personnel, but also cares about the well-being of each employee. Possesses empathy and the ability to listen, and also ensures confidentiality and trust in communication with colleagues. Able to find a balance between the needs of the company and the needs of its employees, creating conditions for their effective work and professional development. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Recruitment; Onboarding, offboarding; Formation, planning of personnel reserve; Building and maintaining a corporate culture; If desired/experienced in conducting trainings; Evaluation of personnel and business processes WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
