Responsibilities in this position include: management of technical department staff: closing vacancies (locksmiths, storekeepers, handymen...), organization of the process of training and adaptation of newcomers, mood monitoring, analysis of reasons for dismissal, etc.; personnel administration: management of personnel files and work books, admission, dismissal, vacations, orders, certificates from the place of work, accounting of working hours, labor protection; participation in other projects of the department (organization of greetings, corporate events, etc.). We expect from the candidate: experience in recruitment, closing vacancies, preferably experience in mass recruitment; experience in personnel administration is not mandatory, but will be an additional plus; responsibility, independence, organization.
