Who we

Hrona LLC is a production enterprise of the confectionery industry, where people are the key value. We are looking for an HR manager who will become a reliable partner for managers and support for employees.

Your key tasks:

• Supplying the company with personnel: from application to employee exit;

• Search and attraction of candidates (production, technical, office positions);

• Organization of adaptation of new employees and support in the first months work;

• Partial maintenance of personnel documentation in accordance with the Labor Code;

• Communication with employees on issues of work, development, internal processes;

• Participation in the formation and implementation of HR initiatives (training, mentoring, corporate events);

• Preparation of internal HR reports and analytics.

What is important for us:

• Practical experience in HR from 1 year;

• Understanding the specifics of production personnel will be an advantage;

• Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine;

• Ability to build a constructive dialogue with different categories employees;

• Self-organization, tact, result-oriented.
