We are currently looking for an HR Manager who will integrate the processes in the group of companies and develop the HR team abroad. What tasks await you: mentoring the HR team, building the HR system in the company and managing current and new projects (Employee Experience, Benefits, Grading, Competencies Matrix , Performance Review, Gamification, etc.) holding regular 1:1 meetings with the company's key stakeholders. Consolidation and processing of received information, cross-functional cooperation with Finance and Legal departments, application of analytics and helicopter view to the HR function as a whole. (Upper-Intermediate) minimum to get along with colleagues from abroad, understand all key HR processes in the company: Onboarding, Review, Development, Retention, Termination, etc. on "you" with analytics, because we are supporters of a data-driven approach, think critically , you analyze the situation from different angles and, if necessary, deviate from clear algorithms in order to find non-standard solutions. You feel comfortable in multitasking conditions and quickly adapt to change.
